We are so in love with these handsome grooms! Their vision for a modern, industrial wedding with a romantically elegant twist came together so beautifully.

District Winery is a waterfront, urban winery in Washington D.C. This boutique style winery offers premium small batch wines in the heart of The Yards. It was truly the perfect venue for Joe and Jesse’s big day.

Urban Wedding

This ceremony space was to die for! With stunning views of the Anacostia River and amazing architecture, it was perfect for Joe and Jesse’s vision. You can’t have a wedding at a winery without wine barrels? We used bright blue hydrangeas for a beautiful pop of color and draping organic greenery to frame the room.

Mood Lighting

One of our favorite parts of Joe and Jesse’s wedding was this hanging installation of lush, organic greenery, and our glass bubble balls. Inside each bubble ball was a flameless tea light. This combined with table settings full of greenery, white blooms, and lots of candlelight made for perfect mood lighting. Everything about this reception was modern, romantic and elegant!
